Prairie Thistle

It's time for another inspiration post on the Cropstop blog. Today I'm sharing a card that features the Prairie Thistle die cut from Memory Box layered several times for added dimension. I also used an embossing spacer and some inka gold to add a bit of glimmer to the center of my card.

For step by step instructions on creating this card visit today's post on the Cropstop blog.

Supplies and Tools:
Dies - Phrase 1 (Spellbinders), Prairie Thistle (Memory Box- Poppy stamps)
Inks - Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide (Ranger), Liquid Pearls
Misc. - Sponge Daubers, Paintbrush, Embossing Spacer
Mixed Media - Clear Gesso (Art Basics), Platinum Inka Gold
Stencils - Mini North Star (TCW)

That's a very pretty die making a WOW focal point for your card! You did a nice job combining different media to come up with this beauty. Love the shimmer in the center, and the Liquid Pearls really make the stenciled background stand out. I'm glad you shared with us at Double D!
