Teacup Hugs

Today's card features a pretty teacup stamp from Stamplorations called Rise and Grind. I'm still practicing coloring techniques from Kathy Racoosin's Coloring Road Trip Class. There's a lot to take in and learn, but I've mainly been focusing on her shading and blending tips.

Supplies and Tools:
  • Rise and Grind (Stamplorations)
  • Canson Mixed Media Paper
  • Prismacolor Pencils
  • 3D Botanical Embossing Folder (Sizzix - Tim Holtz)
  • Doily Die (Sizzix - Tim Holtz)
  • Word die (Momenta)

(I guess I'm a cool color person - blues, greens, purples, - though I do love combining them in blue/yellow cards!)

This card is so pretty Esther. I love the blue background and teacup with the splash of pink from the rose and the while doily to offset the two blues. So so pretty.
