Welcome to a brand new challenge on The Card Concept blog!
The theme this week is: Anchors Aweigh
Everyone is welcome to play along using the colors, the theme,
textures,
items, or just anything from the picture as your starting point.
I was inspired by the blue and white sailboat pillow to create this clean and layered card.
Do you enjoy creating your own backgrounds, or are you a patterned paper user? I like both, but for this card I had fun using a bunch of background stamps and texture tiles to create that fun little background banner across the top of my card!

Esther your monochrome nautical scene is fabulous and I love the textured panel of background pieces behind your sailboat. So much to love about this card! Thanks for playing along with my board over at TicTacToe this week!
Love the silhouette and wow I thought the top piece was strips of pattern pieces, your stamping is cool!
This is beautiful, Esther. A great masculine card. I love all those patterns in the background.
