Today's card was so much fun to create. It was inspired by my sweet blogging friend Connie and the beautiful lantern card she created earlier this week. (click here to view). I love how Connie created her own candle for the lantern, and decided to copy her idea by freehanding the flame and cutting a rectangle for my chunky candle.
The ink-smooshed background is my attempt to CASE Korin and the awesome
backgrounds she makes for her cards. I thought I'd share a photo of just
the background so you can see the stamped detail.
